Dear Stonewall Democrats & Supporters,
When all the votes have been counted size="2" face="Verdana">in Minnesota and Alaska, we expect wins for Democratic challengers Al Franken and Mike Begich over anti-equality Republican incumbents Norm Coleman and Ted Stevens, respectively. (CLICK HERE to make a contribution to the Al Franken for Senate Recount Fund through Stonewall Democrats' ActBlue partnership.)
We will gather this Saturday at 10:30 in Volunteer Park.
There will be speeches and sometime between noon and 1 PM we will march to Westlake where there will be more speeches. The address for the park is 1247 15th Ave E Seattle, WA 98112.
Join us as we carry the Stonewall Democrats banner. After all the speeches in Seattle we will adjourn to a nearby coffee shop to outline the process of reorganization which your local Democratic party organization will undertake during the next month. You may choose to run for an officer position!
If you are not in Seattle check this growing list of sites in WA for other demonstrations;

Plus, we need folks that have experienced discrimination in Snohomish county to share their short 60 second story at the next meeting, Monday at 10:30am at the Drexel building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave. Here's a map:
